Celebrating Our Debut Giveaway | Soft Launch Recap

Our recent soft launch at the Bournemouth B2B Expo marked an important milestone for DateWarden. It was our first opportunity to share what we’re building, listen to real business challenges, and start meaningful conversations about managing important dates more effectively.

To thank everyone who visited our stand and took the time to speak with us, we ran a small prize draw after the expo. We’re delighted to celebrate our giveaway winners, and to share a little more about what the day meant for us as a growing product team.

Congratulations to Our Giveaway Winners

We’re pleased to congratulate Ganga and John, our DateWarden prize draw winners.

Meeting our winners in person and handing over the vouchers was a great moment for the team. It gave us the chance to reconnect after the expo, continue the conversation, and hear more about the challenges people and businesses face when it comes to tracking renewals, certifications, and key dates.

Thank you again to everyone who entered the draw and supported DateWarden during our early launch phase.

A Memorable Day at the Bournemouth B2B Expo

The Bournemouth B2B Expo was an exciting first step for DateWarden. Throughout the day, we spoke with professionals from a wide range of industries who shared common frustrations, including:

  • Manually tracking renewals and expiry dates
  • Relying on spreadsheets or email reminders
  • Missing deadlines or discovering expired documents too late
  • Spending unnecessary time on admin and follow‑ups

These conversations reinforced exactly why DateWarden exists.

Hearing candid feedback at such an early stage is incredibly valuable, and it’s already shaping how we prioritise features and improvements.

What’s Next for DateWarden

Following our soft launch, we’re continuing to refine the platform based on direct feedback from early users and expo attendees. Over the coming months, we’ll be focusing on:

  • Improving usability and clarity across the platform
  • Expanding automation and reminder capabilities
  • Supporting families and teams of different sizes
  • Sharing updates on our roadmap

DateWarden is currently free to use as we continue learning from early adopters.

If you didn’t get a chance to meet us at the expo, you can still explore the platform and sign up today.
